JOan Smalls- Woman of Steel

Nasir Mazhar SS14 LCM

“We’re just about making new exciting clothes for men. There’s no big theme or running story.” and didn't we see it.

This years Nasir SS14 collection saw fashion have no real direction but still meshed together simultaneously. Models wore leg braces that matched their pink sweats and front strap back packs.

It was borderline erotic with men in much of nothing, with no real direction the collection still resonated as one the seasons more sport related collections with sweat pants, knee high socks and tie cropped shirts.

Xander Zhou SS14  LCM

The Old sorting Office this London Collection's : Men saw Xander Zhou really blossom as a print designer with his digital social networking print over coats.

The Collection was reminiscent of JW Anderson it the way it directed its focus on Gender blurring silhouettes and Unsex shapes. Garments featured shorts with double layered side folding and PVC vest suits in creams and cocaine whites.

Models were presented with bands around their legs and metal line chokers around their necks.

E.Tautz SS14 LCM

E.Tautz presented their collection during this weeks London Collection's :Men and has got to be one of my favourite collection's this season.

With the collection's mix of British class and Saville Row tailoring with hits of oriental in its kimono coats and double breasted suit jackets and silk ensemble shirts.

The colours were vibrant and burned tones that really made every piece striking, with red silk trousers being paired with white skirt shirts and graphic tonal and printed tees.

Christopher Shannon SS14 LCM

Unorthodox is all we loved about this seasons Shannon Collection. The materials were not ones that represented the season but was so organic in it's delivery down the runway and just fit.

Models wore patent leathers in shorts accompanied with printed pants pulled all the way up above the stomach. Dare i say (Granddad chic). It was futurist and features floral short suits and popping tones that represented the season so well.

Boys in Pink for Katie Eary SS14

Boys will be Girls this season for Katie Eary SS14 and how right she was. The collection was dominated by boys in pink with that authentic skater boy feel we know of Katie Eary ,

Models Carried printed skateboards and backpacks and shorts, tops, overcoats, shirts that featured this season Eary prints of Leopard print in Red and Pink Flamingos with pink Wigs.

The Collection put an X of flamboyancy and was to us terrific to watch.

Christopher Kane SS14 LCM

Tinie Tempah for  Rollacoaster Summer Issue

Hood By Air S/S14 LCM

Spencer Hart SS14 LCM

Spenser Hart SS14 spoke for the Modern classic Man.

It was a great update of the Man in a suit without taking it out of it's element. The Collection Features Shirt Skirts and the use of layering really made every look fresh.

Ankle Grazer trousers, Clean toned tailored jackets and Overcoats was the word of Hart SS14.

KTZ Spring/Summer 2014  LCM

IChristopher Kane for SS14 pulled on a technological influence with Graphic faces and body rendering  in Line 3D that was featured on trousers, shorts and sweat shirts.

What was even more beautiful was the block colour looks of sunny yellows, cobalt blues and blood reds that ran through the whole collection.

It was casual cool all you need was your running shoes.

This week at The London Collection's : Men saw Shayne Oliver's Hood by Air preview their SS14 collection held in the Selfridges London Car Park.

It was the epitome of New York cool in One of London's most luxurious department stores. The Night Featured Smoke machines and Skate ramps and a hell of lot of Tattoos. (It was a spectacle)

Models walked out in logo sprayed hair and roller skating in graphic HBA tees.

KTZ SS14 at the London Collection's :Men took us back to the Sahara with head wraps, Masks and Capes. The collection had a more classic modern day edge to it while keeping In with the out of the Box KTZ design aesthetic.

The Runway began very monochrome running into fiery tones in red and Electric blues.
